    T. M. "Chuck" Davis

    Chairman and CEO

    Chuck has more than 30 years of progressive experience in technical, regulatory, implementation, and management activities relating to scientific methods used in the advanced biological solutions developed by TMD. Chuck spent almost twenty years as Director of Environmental Affairs at Southern Wood Piedmont, ITT Rayonier, and ITT Corporation, addressing difficult environmental issues globally. Since forming Advanced BioSystems, LLC (a wholly-owned subsidiary of TMD), Chuck has been involved in developing and implementing a wide array of applications in projects utilizing proprietary TMD sustainable technologies around the world.

    Chuck is a recognized expert in environmental remediation with special emphasis in the field of microbiology. He has been a featured speaker and subject matter expert to global industry and International Conferences and Forums and consulted with Heads of State regarding biological solutions for challenging environmental issues involving industry, manufacturing, rivers, lakes and produced water in the oil and gas industry.

    Caroline A. Metosh-Dickey, Ph.D.

    Director of Science and Technology

    Dr. Metosh-Dickey holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of South Carolina, a Master of Science in Environmental Toxicology, and a Doctorate in Biochemistry from Louisiana State University.

    Caroline has over 15 years of experience in microbiology and bioremediation, where she has focused her work on laboratory and field testing and adaptation of IMBR technology for industrial and municipal settings. This has translated into the use of probiotic microbial blends for enhancement of plant and animal health, development, and growth while improving the overall environment where the microbes are applied.

    Family job opportunities led to relocation to Ohio, where situation and opportunity provided a decade in academia. She taught High School Advanced Placement (AP) Chemistry and microbiology and adjunct teaching at the local community college and Wright State University before she could re-engage with her passion and formal training by rejoining the TMD team.

    Product Manager

    Scott Hawley is Product Manager for the Natural Clean family of products at TMD Technologies Group, LLC. He provides oversight and guidance in enterprise planning and development, including strategic planning, marketing, and new business development, operations, and supply chain management.

    Scott’s career has focused on organizational growth and development with small to medium companies providing products and services to major global food, consumer, and industrial products companies. His unique background and operational experience equip him to understand and provide exceptional insight into products and solutions for complex and demanding issues, thus creating added value in strategic partnerships.

    Scott is an avid foodie and Scouting Volunteer that cherishes family time from Marietta, GA.

    General Manager

    Dan Young serves as General Manager for TMD Technologies Group, LLC. In this capacity, Dan works with key management and operational staff to develop overall performance goals, create and implement strategies for company growth, develop new solutions to meet client needs, and oversee large projects. Dan also monitors the general financial health of the company as well as individual business units.

    Dan provides insight into enterprise planning and development, including strategic planning, new business development, and operational management. Dan’s varied career has focused on technology, innovation, and science in small to medium companies.

    Dan is a dedicated outdoorsman where he enjoys family time with his wife and four adult children.
